After filling in and submitting this form, you will receive a confirmation mail with your submission form. Please sign this form and send it to us. If your project is only deliverable as physical media (CD, DVD), we request three copies via ordinary mail. Electronic and online resources may be referred to by specific URLs (including passwords where necessary). Entry is free and multiple entries per producer are welcome. We only judge submissions that are duly signed to assure us from your author rights.
