Komitet doradczy
Rolą komitetu jest doradzanie komitetowi organizacyjnemu w sprawach dotyczących organizacji konkursu i wyboru zgłoszeń poprzez sugerowanie ulepszeń w zasadach i przepisach lub poprzez propozycje nowych członków jury. Mimo tego, że komitet doradczy doradza i wspiera organizację konkursu MEDEA Awards, wszystkie decyzje związane z wyborem zwycięzców spoczywają na składzie sędziowskim. Kilku członków komitetu doradczego pracowało także jako członkowie składu sędziowskiego.
